    To:Geo Austin. "Gresham's will. Shefford trust. I sent copy your letter to me of the 18th ultimo to Mr. Jennings. On the other side is copy his letter to me of 12th inst and copy mine to him of this date. Please to give this matter your further consideration and at your convenience perhaps you will be so good as to write him the result. In the course of a few weeks I may, God permitting, have occasion to come to Shefford and if so will have the (seal over word) of calling upon you." U.V. 16 Feb 1858 Copy of Jennings' letter to Mr. Wing is illegible. Copy of Mr. Wing's letter to Ed Jennings as follows: "I agree with you in thinking that as the trustees got rid of the fund by (Illeg) it into Court the proposal should come from the Rector and Adult Owners and approved by the trustees and ought not the Trust Fund to pay the costs of the scheme and should it not be so stated there in? The trustees, I hope, wish to to all that is right, but not to take upon themselves burthen they ought not in fairness to bear. I will by this post send a copy of your letter to me of 12th inst to Mr. Austin and if (illeg) reply to you and request him to write you in this matter." U.V.
