Adjoining in the rear is a brick and slated:..ong room, 31' by 10'6" and a Long narrow yard, small garden, and 2 timber and tiled..... The area is 17r. It is in occ of Ed Tingey, tenant of the White Hart Hotel and there is internal connection thereto. The tenement is in a bad state and a considerable outlay would be needed to put it in order. There is no land tax or rent charge. We should value the whole at £250.
