Mansel Morgan of Plas Coed Mor, Llanfair P.C., Anglesey, his trustees, the appointment of 2 persons (who can appoint a third) to enquire into the average price of a Winchester bushel of good marketable wheat within Beds. for 10 years last past. Chas. Bidwell of Ely, land agent, and Fred. Edw. Gotto of Stony Stratford appointed as arbitrators.
