9 New Burlington St. Henry Clutton to Peel. Was at Sandy yesterday and staked out the new house, keeping it as far back from the ridge as possible. Has marked the spot for the well and it will be invaluable for building operations to have a supply of water at hand. Will send a plan. You need a new road on the north side, but you have at hand sufficient gravel and faggots for the foundations.
