Three drafts of the 1910 scheme. The school to be abandoned and the income to be applied for the benefit of the children (male and female) whose parents are not Dissenters, in the for of apprenticeship premiums, exhibitions and maintenance allowances. The school buildings may be retained, and be used by arrangement with the L.E.A., as far as practicable for the benefit of children of the poor, or leased to the L.E.A. or else treated as part of the general property of the Foundation.
