Opinion of G. Harrison that Chancery must be applied to, and further that the charity has not been applied with perfect strictness (payments being made to parents, some of whom have applied the money "towards the general support of themselves and families"; instance of a parent receiving £12 p.a. and putting his son to school at 6d. or 1s. weekly). The money should be used for the maintenance, education and apprenticeship of children.
