Poynter in part of the purchase money; and £1,000 is still owing; Ventris has agreed to sell certain lands to Jos. King; -- A messuage, 110 a. arable, 7 a. pasture, 70 a. meadow, now occ. Jos. Croker @ £70 p.a.; and 3 closes called Miller's closes, 35 a., occ. Wm. Rawlins; Witn. Wm. Hanscombe, Geo. Draper, sr. & jr., Ro. Draper, Jas. Laurence.
