Agreement (duplicate) i) W & E Turner, Ltd., 15, Church Gate, Leicester, boot and Shoe Manufacturer ii) Boots Cash Chemists (Southern) Limited, Station Street, Nottingham i) are owners of 57, High Street, Leighton Buzzard ii) are owners of the adjoining property, 55, High Street,Leighton Buzzard i) claim to be entitled to have the right for their eaves and rain spouts to project over the property of ii) Also i) claim the right to enter the premises of ii) to clean and repair the said eaves and rain spouts, which ii) do not admit ii) have agreed, at the request of i), to permit i) during the continuance of this agreement to enter 55, High Street, for purpose of such repair and cleaning on condition they enter into various convenants. i) may enter premises of ii) for the purposes of cleaning eaves and rain spouts, and will pay ii) 1s per year as acknowledgement. ii) will make good the wall between 55 and 57, the property of i), recently damaged by them.
