Son, ii) to have priority of purchase at £1000
Ann Bassett died in May last. Will proved (PCC) on 14 November last
ii) has decided to become purchaser of the property at £1000
Now in consideration of £1000 paid by ii) to i)
i) and 5s paid to i) by iii)
i) by the direction of ii) release to iii)
- messuage in Leighton Buzzard near the High Cross now in occupation of Francis Bassett
E now William Stone in occupation of ii)
W now Catherine Elizabeth Lawford in occupation of John Flint
- garden adjoining
- laundry, wash-house, barns, and offices adjoining and recently erected near site of similar buildings lately destroyed by fire, adjoining to said ground and garden
- well to be maintained jointly at costs of Catherine Elizabeth Lawford and ii)
- way or passage for carts from Friday Lane or Friday Street over arch or bridge, to be maintained jointly by John Bassett and William Stone, and other moiety by by C E Lawford
to be held by iii) on trust for use of ii)
ii) declares that no woman who shall become his wife shall become entitled to dower out of the premises
