Agreement i) Home and Colonial Stores Ltd, 179/189, City road, London E C 1, acting by Harry Johnson Upton, their Secretary ii) Urban District Council of Leighton Buzzard ii) for purpose of providing improved lighting amenities in Leighton Buzzard have requested permission of i) to permit them to affix one steel street lighting bracket and sodium lantern and switch gear box, at 49, High Street Various agreements as to indemnification of i) etc. Also ii) will, if requested attach appropriate shielding to prevent light shining into upper part rooms ii) to pay ii) 10s p.a. for the permission signature of both and seal of ii).
