"as she shall think proper to chuse". Such choice to be made within 3 months after testator's death and inventory to be given to executors. Otherwise bequest void. After decease of said daughter the household goods etc she chose to be equally divided between grandchildren William and Richard Edwards, at age of 21.

- £500 at 21, subject to provisoes as follows:
within 3 months of coming of age he is to make a clear title to Thomas Wright, son of George Wright,deceased, of the Red Lion public house in Godmanchester "which I lately sold to him and to whom I gave a Bond for security of the title".
if such title not given then all bequests to said grandson null and void and all estate and money given to brother Richard Edwards

- such part of household goods, linen and furniture not claimed by daughter on trust for sale and to apply money in same manner as personal estate
- all ready money etc and all personal estate on trust in first place to pay to grandson William Edwards, the interest on £500 until 21, and then to receive whole sum if has complied with proviso in next place to pay to Captain Edwards of the Navy
all such sums as he shall have lent to grandson William for the purpose of attending the Hospitals in London (provided same does not exceed £200) then to pay proceed of remainder of personal estate to daughter Elizabeth Edwards for life for her own use
After decease of daughter the £100 now at interest upon farset fen drainage, and also further sum of
£500 (part of personal estate) to go to grandson Richard Edwards.
Residue to grandson William Edwards at 21 if he complies with proviso. Interest to be paid to him in meantime
If one die then whole of personal estate after death of daughter to go to survivor
Thomas Veasey and George Rowsley appointed joint executors and guardians of grandson William Edwards
