Deed in trust to attend the inheritance i) Francis Emery, Eaton Socon, yeoman, and wife Mary ii)Anne Goodwin, Eaton Socon, spinster iii) Nicholas Collins, St Neots, Hunts, gentleman iv) George Hewison, Godmanchester, Hunts, gentleman, and wife Ann reciting above deed and that money was not repaid on date appointed so interest of ii) in the premises became absolute in law for remainder of said term iv) have agreed to purchase the 7 pieces meadow and said 8a arable and ley (as expressed in Release of even date). £62 is now owing to ii) for principal and interest Is agreed that upon payment of said £62 to ii) by iv) (being part of the consideration money) the term of years is to be assigned to iii) in trust to attend the inheritance thereof Now ii) in consideration of £62 paid by iv) at request of i), it being part of purchase money of said Release, and also of 5s paid to ii) by iii) and i) ii) transfers, by direction of i)and nomination of iv), to iii) - said messuage and close of pasture for remainder of term of 1000 years signatures of i) ii) and iv) endorsed receipt witnesses C Billett, junr Francis Downman Jno Negus John Cole.
