Grant of annuity i) Ellen Maria Cooper, Ipswich, Suffolk, spinster ii) Sophia Pritty, Ipswich, widow iii) George Francis Josselyn, Ipswich, gentleman above mortgage debt remains due and owing i) has agreed with ii) to secure to her for life an annuity of £25 Now in consideration of £500 to i) paid by ii) i) grants to ii) for life - annuity of £25 chargeable on premises hereinafter mentioned to be paid quarterly. First payment to be made on 9 September next. Also i) at request of ii) grants to iii) - premises as in deed of 24 December 1868 subject to said mortgage and sums secured on trust to permit i) to take the rents for her use and to secure payment of the annuity. After death of ii) then iii) to hold property for use of i) signature of i) endorsed receipt witness John H Josselyn, solicitor, Ipswich.
