    Assignment of mortgage i) Elizabeth Bradley, Bedford, widow John Bradley, Bedford, grocer ii) Elizabeth Langley, Bedford, spinster iii) Richard Francis, Bedford, brewer, and wife Hannah iv) John Green, Bedford, gentleman; Thomas Wooldridge, Bedford, surgeon v) Samuel Lovell, Bedford, merchant reciting lease and release of 31 March and 1 April 1834 a)Hannah Francis, then Hannah Langley b) said Richard Francis c)John Green Thomas Wooldridge - undivided moiety of --- property hereinafter described (among other property) was conveyed to use of c) on trust for benefit of of a) in contemplation of her marriage with b) - £500 to c) to pay off moiety of mortgage debt of a) in £900 and interest due to Elizabeth and John Bradley, and subject thereto, in trust for b). £900 is now due and owing to Elizabeth and John Bradley and interest of £31 4s whereas ii) and iv) have requested i) to accept £931 4s and to assign messuages etc to v) for residue of 1000 years to protect the inheritance and reversion of said premises One moiety of interest has been paid to iv) by iii) for the purpose of enabling them to discharge same to i). Now in consideration of £931 4s paid to i) in equal moieties(one moiety paid by ii) and the other by iv)) i) by direction of ii), iv) and iii), assign to v) - messuage, or shop in High Street, Bedford, now in occupation of ii) - piece garden ground, now in occupation of ii) - other messuage, now divided into 2 tenements bounded as before except N William Eastaff [written in pencil] to hold one undivided moiety of said premises, the reversion of which is vested in ii), unto v) for residue of said term of 1000 years in trust for ii) and to hold the other moiety, the reversion of which is now vested in iv) in trust unto v) for the residue of term of 1000 years in trust for iv) signatures of i), ii) and iii) endorsed receipt witness Francis Thacker, clerk to Alex.
