- piece garden ground belonging reserving to Samuel Lovell, Bedford, coal merchant, free libery of ingress, egress and regress through a passage 3ft 7 ins wide and 23 ft long leading from Well Street to other cottages sold by Thomas Biscoe and Edward Chapman to Samuel Lovell also right of said Samuel Lovell to use the well of water belonging to the messuage in occupation of Thomas Hart
