Witnesses: Walter Snow, clerk to John Garrard , solicitor, Olney John Garrard, solicitor, Olney Harrold G.C. Brown of Emmanuel College, Cambridge Enclosed: - Promissory note dated 11 Aug 1864 from (i) to (ii); note on dorse of interest paid p.a. from 1865-1874. - Memorandum dated 13 Aug 1864 from (ii) as confirmation of advance of £400 to (i) - Letter dated 24 Aug 1874 from (ii) to C.L. Higgins re the payment of the final instalment of the Turvey Church loan. Endorsed: - 'Received the eleventh day of August 1874 all Principal and interest secured by this deed'
