    Counterpart Lease for 31 years [being a renewal of lease as in Z 178/41] from John Higgins of Turvey Abbey, esquire (i) to John Whitworth the younger of Turvey, yeoman (ii) of: - dwelling house and water corn mill with the homestead and appurtenances on the River Ouze in Turvey - several closes of old inclosed pasture ground in Turvey adjoining the mill (containing together 26a. 3r. 34p.) called Bakers Close, Old Parsonage Close, and the Mill Holme previously in the occupation of John Davison. Excepting and reserving unto (i) specified rights to timber, right of way over the demised premises, fishing rights and rights to the rushes in the River Ouze. Demise: Unto (ii), his executors and administrators from 29 Sep 1846 paying a yearly rent of £145.
