    Lease from John Higgins of Turvey Abbey, esquire (i) to John Boulton and John Maul, both of Turvey, yeomen (ii), of: - a barn and farm in Turvey, late in the occupation of William Skevington consisting of a barn, a piece of ground where lately stood a messuage called Bayden, Bayden Common, the Swerd, The Wheat piece, The Fallow, The Wheat Stubble, The Peas Stubble, (known collectively as Bayden Closes), The White Lands, The White Swerd, The Dog Tail Close, The Ash Tree Close, The Bean Hill, (containing together 170a. 36p.) - the three several pieces of ground late in the occupation of Thomas Row called Pixhill Close, The Pightle, The Rows and the two acres (36a. 1r. 15p.) - one moiety of the Great Tithes arising from the above Excepting and reserving unto (i) specified rights to timber, right of way over the demised premises and shooting rights. Demise: Unto (ii), his executors and administrators from 11 Oct 1811 for a term of 9 years paying a yearly rent of £233 5s 6d. Witnesses: George Cooch and George Cooch, junior, his clerk
