(c) several closes of meadow ground in Cold Brayfield, Bucks., (containing together 7a. 3r. 16p.) Except and reserving unto (i) all timber trees and trees likely to become timber wood, hedges, bushes, thorns, mines and quarries of stone standing, growing or being upon the premises during the demise with full and free liberty of right of way to, over and from the demised premises. Also power of planting and the liberty of hawking, hunting, shooting and sporting. Demise: unto (ii), their executors and assigns from 29 Sep 1796 for the term of 13 years, paying a yearly rent of £100.
