Photocopied Conveyance from Wells and Winch Ltd. and Surrender and Release by their trustees (2 named) to Arthur Edward Wildman of The Anchor, Duloe in fee simple, for £1,000, of messuage and premises formerly a P.H. known as "The Anchor" but now delicensed at Duloe with the yard, gardens, outbuildings and 2 enclosures of land belonging thereto comprising 1.854 acs. Habendum: to AEW discharged from the trusts of the Trust Deed (as in /26 (IV), recited here inter alia) and to the intent that the term subsisting thereunder shall as respects the above premises merge and be extinguished in the fee simple. Includes restricitive covenant by AEW (for the benefit and protection of other properties belonging to the Company within a radius of 2 miles) not to carry on or permit upon the property the trade or business of brewer, innkeeper, licensed victualler or retailer of wines, beer or spirits nor allow the premises to be used as a club or for the storage or distribution of intoxicating liquor; and acknowledgement of AEW's right to production of deeds as abstracted in /26.
