    Indenture of conveyance Parties (i)William Markham of Duloe, hawker, and his wife Prudence [n_e Giddings] (ii)Thomas Shelton of Duloe, publican Recitals That the land below and a moiety of it is subject to the payment to John Hill Day (see /10(ii)) of £270 but all interest has been paid thereon. That (ii) has contracted with (i) for the purchase of PM's undivided moiety of the land (subject to the payment of half of the debt so due to JHD) for £59. Operative part Conveyance by PM, in consideration of £59 paid to (i) by (ii), with the concurrence of WM, to (ii) of her undivided moiety of several messuages, cottages or tenements situate on the N side of the street at Duloe, one of which is known as the Anchor P H and is in the occupation of Thomas Sandifer and George Watts with the yard, garden, outbuildings and appurtenances belonging thereto being all the estate of PM which descended to her upon the death of her father William Giddings (see /7(i)) intestate. General words clause specifies commons, ways, lights, sewers, watercourses, rights, privileges, easements, commodities and appurtenances. Declaration by (ii) that his widow shall not be entitled to dower out of the premises. Marks of WM, PM and (ii). Dorse: receipted, signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of George Day of St Neots, solicitor, and signed note of the acknowledgement as in /15.
