    i) is holder of 7 3/4 shares in the Society, numbered 460, 461, 462, 463, 464, 465, 466 and 466 3/4 and is entitled to an advance from the funds of the Society of £775 Now in consideration of £775 paid to i) by ii) i) releases to ii) - piece of land in Bailey Field (1rd 2 yds) NW Chase Street NE - SE pasture of Benjamin Bolton, since deceased SW - - 17 cottages now standing on said piece of land in occupations of Fensom, Impey, Thomas, Fleckney, Custance, Welch, Spacey, Philpot, Hull, Adams, Gray, Bigg. - Four freehold cottges, yards, gardens etc in High Street, Dunstable, now in occupations of James Oliver, Charles Smith, George Summerfield and Alfred Lennis N Late Richard Blackwell, dec., now William Blackwell E High Road To be held to use of ii) on trusts concerning repayment of £7.15s on the first Monday in every month, for 12 years, and action to be taken in case of default. i) covenants to make the monthly payments and observe the rules of the Society. ii) to keep cottages insured against fire, the amount concerned being reimbursed by i).
