Reciting lease and release of 30 and 31 August 1841

SE pasture of Benjamin Bolton, 42 ft 3 inches in length
NE Frederick Chase, 128 ft 3 inches.
SW Henry Pinks Arnold, 126 ft 9 inches in length
To use of (ii) or (iii) in trust for (ii)
(ii) covenants to build in uniform line of frontage with owners on NE and SW, and also to build brick wall or fence of 4 ft in height on SW side of piece of land
Covenant by (i) to produce Deed of Exchange of 10 November 1840, if required and lease and release of 30 and 31 August 1841

- Three cottages lately built by A) on said piece of land to secure repayment of said £200 and interest at 5% p.a.

To hold to IV) and his heirs or to V) in trust for IV).
