1)Lord Melchett and Misses Farrar agree to hunt the Oakley Country 3 days a week, equally and fairly
2) Committee to pay Master _2300 p.a.
3) Trustees of the Pack agree to place it at the disposal of the Masters together with breeding and drafting ofthe same
Pack to be given up at end of term of Office to number of forty couple of which not less than 30 couple shall be bitches
4) Agreement to be terminated not later than first week in January in any year
5) Committee give the Masters the use of kennels, stables etc and will keep them in useable repair
