Letter from Sharman to Higgins regarding ownership of Milton Kennels. The conveyance (8,9) of 1834 to the Duke of Bedford, Lord Ludlow, Praed & Magniac stated that these would convey to the Cttee if the latter reimbursed cost of close, of buildings, and of attendant expenses, + 4% interest. The sum to be repaid is approx. £1,200.
