AND the messuage, tenement or dwelling house, coach house, stables, and out office adjoining and belonging. AND all walls standing on the piece of grnd. AND all tithes and tenths of Hay, Grass, Lambswool and other tithes not extinguished. AND all other outhouses, outbuildings, yards, gardens, ways, watercourses, lights, rights, easements, advantages etc. NB declaration by Charles Verey he has married since 1 January 1834, barring widow's dower right.
