- (i) owns 11 North Street, Leighton Buzzard and (ii) owns 9 North Street.
- (ii) claims to have a right of way over the yard of the premises of 11 North Street but (i) does not admit that claim and has recently erected a building on that part of the yard.
Operative:
- (ii) releases unto (i) all said rights of way in his yard.
- (i) grants unto (ii) a right of way over land at the rear of11 North Street coloured yellow on the attached plan.
Covenants:
- Certain promises concerning light restrictions and the erection of a door for access to the lavatory.
