Operative: - In consideration of £54 (i) enfranchises and conveys (a) to (ii). Property: (a) Cottage or tenement situate at North End, Leighton Buzzard wherein widow Webb and Michael Lockett formerly dwelt, then John Tumpleton, William Woodley and since John Makepeace. Bounded on S by cottage or tenement formerly of Thomas Anthony, then Nathaniel Stonhill and then William Brantom the elder; bounded on N by cottage or tenement formerly of John Tring, then Samuel Hopkins and Elizabeth his wife and now or late of Charles Ridgway and bounded on E by a street called North End. Together with a small barn and premises which are collectively known as 9 North Street, Leighton Buzzard. Habendum: - To hold to the use of (ii) as freehold tenure, discharged from all manorial and copyhold tenure but still subject to the trusts contained in the will of William Brantom, deceased.
