Would like to pay interest on money lent in January and July. Lord Chesham, so keen Dick stays as tenant, is having farm revalued. With reduction of labour expenses, suppose will stay, need another £100 to buy sheep to winter through T C Hipwell's kindness reduce bank account would Mrs Stafford make it £400 would not be so comfortable elsewhere. I scarcely trust to have touched bottom; comment re Phipps share
