    Appoint brother William Hipwell, son Frank Hipwell AND Henry Nelson Tebbs of Bedford, Solicitor, Trustees or Executor his wife Annie Bella Mary Hipwell: personal chattels AND messuage or dwellinghouse called 27 The Embankment, Bedford with gardens, subject to any mortgages (estate duty on it to be paid out of residual estate) both granted absolutely to son Frank Hipwell all testator's share and interest of and in the goodwill property and assets of firm of Hipwell and Sons of Stoke Mill, Sharnbrook and Mill Street, Bedford and Ditchford, Northants. BUT subject to all estate duty payable and payment to wife 3100 secured by deed of 18 September 1891) hope wife will lend 3100 to son Frank for use in his business to trustees : all stocks, shares etc and all real and other property held jointly with bro Wm as result of agreement 9 September 1896 on trust for testator's wife for life, can be secured as security for overdraft of firm. on her death half to son Frank, one fourth each to Isabel Mary and Dororthy, testator's daughers to Frank testator's share of cash to credit of Hipwell & Sons on their No 2 account at the Wellingbrough Branch of National Provincial Bank Ltd AND all testator's share of all moneys that may be realised from old accounts outstanding in Hipwell & Sons "Suspense Book" to trustees all real and personal estate nor otherwise bequeathed in trust for children in same proportions as above. hope daughter will allow any money they may receive under this will and the will of testator's wife to remain on loan to Hipwell & Sons at 5% pa "as it is my desire that the business of Hipwell & Sons of Stoke Mills, Sharnbrook shall suffer no hindrance through my death" trustees' power of sale of stocks and shares and real estate and to reinvest. if death of child during testator's liftetime leaving issue living at testator's death share in estate to his or her legal representatives as part of their estate (but any advance for marriage position etc to be deducted from share) Henry Nelson Tebbs entitled to professional charges nominates son Frank Hipwell to be partner in Hipwell & Sons in his place.
