1895 17 September: company floated by Frank Naylor, a London solicitor, as the Crystal Electric Lamp Co. Ltd with works at Kempston. Horace Stanley Deacon (Secretary & Commercial Manager), Henry Lovegrove (Managing Director) and Francis Harrison (Works' Manager). Took over existing factory used by iron-founding firm.
1898 14 July: new company registered Crystal Electric Lamp and Rose and Bird Ltd, following amalgamation with a London firm.
1901 26 September: name of firm changed to Cryselco Ltd.
