6 & 7 Grays Inn Passage: Harpur Trust papers concerning the surrender of the lease as a result of the death of Mr J M Andrews on 13 Mar. 1891. He had assigned the lease to Mrs Mary Ann Gale (formerly Harkom) of 27 Marquis Rd., Finsbury and Mr George Green of 3 St. Johns Square, Camberwell. (original lease dated 25 Apr. 1872 for 30 years to Thomas Childs). Includes abstract of title dated 10 May 1881, draft surrender 1891 and list of named occupants and rents.
