- power for (1) if EML died before him to raise up to 2,500 per annum for any future wife as a jointure and 20,000 as a portion for their children

- power for (1) to pull down any houses and sell any lands to redeem mortgages or invest in other property also to render parks and demesenes into agricultural land;
- power for (1) to charge the lands with raising an additional 20,000 for anyone he wished, subject to the terms of 99 and 200 years above, and at no more that 5% interest;
