(i) agrees to sell land and hereditaments for the sum of 100 to (ii): (a) Parcel of land in the parish of Saint Paul, Bedford, on the east side of a new road called Gladstone Street, lately made by (i) and leading from Stanley Street to Park Road (both also made by them). The said parcel of land comprises lots 134-6 and parts of lots 133 and 137 of the Fitzpatrick Building Estate.
