Recitals
By indenture dated 26 May 1885, (i) conveyed property as in (a) below to (ii), in fee simple, by way of mortgage for securing the payment to her of 550 with interest. (i) had agreed to sell to (iii) at a price of 20.
Operative part
In consideration of 20 paid to (i) by (iii), (ii) as mortgagee by the direction of (i) as beneficial owner, conveys to (iii):
(a) A piece of freehold land in the parish of Saint Cuthbert, being part of "The Bower Building Estate" on the south side of "Manor Lodge," Newham Road, Bedford.
(iii) discharged from mortgage debt of 550.
