Conveyance from B. Litchfield and his mortgagee (Ebenezer Burr) to Charles John Shelton (house decorator), Bedford, of property as in LS 845(a). B. Litchfield had agreed with C.J. Shelton for the absolute sale to him of the hereditaments and the inheritance in fee simple, free from incumbrances for 220. 110 is to be paid to E. Burr by C.J. Shelton out of the purchase money. The balance of 110 is to be paid to B. Litchfield by C.J. Shelton.
