She bequeaths (after costs and funeral expenses) 5 to her friend Edward Eyles the younger of Carlton Hall, 19 to her brother Hugh Marshall, and 10 to The Reverend Leigh Richmond (to be divided amongst the poor members of Turvey church). The remainder of her estate is to be equally divided amongst her sister Sarah, wife of Richard Cooper, and her servant Hannah Cox. Edward Eyles is appointed executor.
