- indenture of 16 Oct 1878 wherein it was agreed and declared that R Hare J Staple and J Macnamara should retain and hold the freehold farm at Eaton Bray called Old Ley Farm as security for the transfer of the sum of 2000 3% consolidated Bank Annuities into the names of the trustees
