"To son Hale Ivery messuage 'wherein I now live' in parish of St Johns, Bedford AND real estate in Hawnes[Haynes]and Fenlake[in Cardington]
To dau Sarah Ivery all moveable goods, stock of wood now in house or yard 'wherein I now live' AND debts, ready money, money out at interest. After his death, sale of goods and stock of wood to be sold and money raised to be put out on good security for use of Sarah.
Reversion to father-in-law Thomas Underwood and Mary Underwood his money of all his estate 'and which was purchased by me' and overplus of money if testator's children die before they are 21.
To Thomas Underwood, father-in-law and Thomas Underwood, brother 5s each - to be executors and to take care of testators children" and to bring them up in the fear of the Lord.
