    Letters Patent of Charles I granting to Anthony, Earl of Kent and Magdalen his wife and Henry Grey son and heir apparent of the Earl, licence to alienate to William Courten, esq., Peter Tryon, esq., and William Puryfy, esq., the manor of Overstandon and 60 acres of land and six acres of pasture there, which are held from the Crown in chief, with 130 acres of land, 37 acres of pasture and three acres of wood in Over Standon, late in the possession of Chicksand Priory, now held from the Crown in chief.
