Grant by Clement Est of Southyell, yeoman, to Henry Grey,
Knt. Edward Peke, John Colbek and George Hynton of all
his tenements and 12 acres and a rood of land in Brome
in the parish of Southyell, Co: Bedf. which he lately had
with others now deceased, from John Staunton of Brome:
with 9 acres, a rood and a half in the fields of Brome,
which he had by grant from John Staunton son and heir of
John Staunton, with other lands in Staunton in Southyell
purchased from Walter Chybold.
