Title
Deed of Sale by John Northerbury, of Syvelisho to William
Childersby, of the Feld , of a tenement with croft, and four
acres of land lying in the fields of Syvelisho; for
23. 6sh. 8d. of which 106sh. 8d. has already been paid in
hand. It is also provided that the said John and Isabel
his wife shall of the said William 'a low chambre with a
lofte above in the Northende of the hall'....' and the
said Isabell shall have mete and drynke of said William
during her life as such as the said William ordeyneth for
hym self and his wife' with' fyre and candell sufficient
yerely'. And if the said John survive his wife Isabell
he shall also have 'mete and drynke, fyre and candill' for
his life, and shall have to his proper use for ever 'a grete
led and a litill leed with all maner Kymlyns and brewyng
vessell' within th said tenement.
