Title
Lease by Thomas Keryngton of Eyen, and John Gromond of La
Felde, in Shutlyngton to Agneta Mustell wife of the late
Richard Mylward of the tenement called Cranewell's, with
croft etc. in La Felde and seven and a half acres of
arable land there, for term of her life with remainder to
William son of the said Richard and Agneta, and the heirs
of his body, and on failure of lawful issue to Eleanor
his sister, and on failure of issue to her, to the said
Thomas Keryngton and john Gromond to sell and with the
money received to distribute for the souls of the said
Richard, Agneta, William and Eleanor.
