    Covenant that whereas Richard Milward, of Feelde in Flitte enfeoffed Thomas Keryngton of Wyne and John Gromond, of Feelde, with all the lands etc he purchased in Feelde and Southende in Flitte, it was his intention that Agneta his wife should possess a messuage called Moltonye with 3 roods of land for term of her life, with remainder to the direct heirs of the said Richard and that if William his son should wish to buy he should pay to the said Thomas Keryngton and John Gromond for one year the rent of one messuage with 3 acres of land to find a priest in the chapel of St. Leonard of Sevyllyshoo to celebrate divine service for one year for the said Richard's soul, with other provisions for sale of lands etc., late Roger Cranwell's for the souls of Richard and Agnes, and on their deaths for the souls of William and his sister Eleanor, with other lands which he purchased from Thomas Totegose, of Hyham Gobyoun, for the marriage of the said Eleanor.
