Title
Grant by William Wareyn, of Syvelso, to Reginald de Grey,
Knt., lord of Hastyng, Weyfford and Ruthyn, of all the
lands, etc. which were John Chapman's in Syvelso: to
hold to the said Reginald and his heirs, and afterwards
to descend to Alice, daughter of John Chapman, wife of
the said William Wareyn, and the said Alice has given it
to the last named to sell, and to celebrate (masses) for
his soul and her soul.
