    Covenant made between David de Fletewyk and Gilbert de Northwode whereby the former leases to the latter the manor in Husseburn Craule (Husborne-Crawley Co. Beds.) which the said David holds in ward during the minority of Bartholomew son and heir of Bartholomew de Fletewyk his brother To hold till the said Bartholomew comes of age at a yearly rent of 46sh. 8d., Gilbert to keep the manor in good repair and if he build houses in the same he shall never be allowed to remove them, etc. Witnesses: Dom.
