Title
Final Concord made at Westminister 15 days after Easter,
23 Edw. III (1349) between Master Edmund de Morteyn,
Roger de Goldyngton, John son of Margery dau. of Roger de
Goldyngton and Agnes de Morteyn, pltfs. and Thomas le
Tochewyk, guardian of the said John and Agnes and William
Mareschal, parson of Merston, deforciants, whereby the
said William grants to the said Edmund, Roger John and
Agnes a messuage, 170 acres of land, 14 acres of Meadow,
11 acres of pasture etc. in Gravenhurst, with remainder,
after their death, if John and Agnes die without heirs of
their body, to the male heirs of the said John, and if he
leaves no male heir, then to Joan and the heirs of her
body and if she leaves no heir to Margery, dau of the
said Roger and her heirs
