Title
Settlement of a controversay between Richard de la Beere
and John le Feuere concerning a messuage and half virgate
of land in Eye, viz: that Richard grants to John said mes-
suage and land with all appurtenances in the parish of
Gravenhurst and outside, at an annual rent of ten shillings
for all services etc. excepting foreign service of the
King, and suit at the Grantor's court of Aspele (Aspley).
