Title
Ratification by Nicholas Teder, late of Bedford of a
declaration he has already made that he was 'present in a
chamber at Ampthyll' when his master George late Earl of
Kent lay sick, and was a witness to the latters disposition
of his manors, etc. viz. to Dame Katherine for her life
with remainder to Richard, then his son and heir 'now
lately deceased', Henry Grey, George Grey and Anthony Grey
and the heirs of their bodies in succession, on failure
of issue to any.
