Deed of Sale by Richard (Grey) Earl of Kent to Sir Robert
Legh, Knt. of 'all his woodys and underwoodes and all maner
of trees, that is to say Okys. Elmes, Asshes and Hasylls
and all other trees growying withyn his grett parke of
Ampthyll and withyn hys lytle parke of Ampthyll called
Pountys parke'. The arrangement to last for 21 years, Sir
Robert to pay 200 marks, viz. 100 marks down, and the residue
